Astro A40 TR w/ Mixamp losing Audio and Mic on Skype and Teamspeak (PC)

I just recently purchased the Astro A40 TR with Mixamp system on Black Friday as an upgrade to my old PC A40's. I have the setup done and fixed the mic issue. The firmware is up to date as well. However, I am having an issue where I will lose all sound while in a Skype call or Teamspeak Server and the other people in the call/server will not hear me talking.
