High pitch squeal (The Division Beta PC)

I have not had any issues with any games so far with my TR's. However I tried playing The Division Beta on PC today. It will load with sound and it seems everything is fine. Then it will cut off game sound and all I hear is a loud squeal/screech. The game continues to play fine. The sound is constant and wont go away unless I unplug the USB cord from the back. It also wont let me use the power button to turn off.

If I unplug and plug back in the squeal goes away but there is no game...
