Purchased a set of Astro A40 TR w/Mixamp Pro to play BO3 via PS4. Have also used Audio Technica ATH-AD700X plugged into my receiver. Looking for maximum sound whoring ability. Cost is of no consequence, quality matters.
My issue was the Astro A40s sounded horrible. I've never been so disappointed with a purchase in my life. Tinny, hollow, unimaginable poor sound quality. Guns sounded as if they were shot in a barrel. All sounds were muffled and of poor quality. Locating folks, forget about it....
