Mic is Echoing and not sure why?

Hey,

I've had this problem for awhile now with my A40 TR (PC), my Mic echo's in game (Counter Stike: Global Offensive) people can hear my voice echoing, my game sound when I talk (Even though I don't play with speakers). I haven't been able to fix this problem, I've tried changing control panel devices and messing with my mixamp, nothing has yet to work. Any solutions?
