New A50 headsets release date?

Hey all,

I was about to pre purchase one of the new A50 headsets with the charger base station as it was coming out on August 26th from what I saw, but now I see Amazon shows September 25th and BestBuy shows October 24th as the release dates.

So what is the correct availability date and where can I get them from first?
