I am a new proud owner of an A40 Headset.

1.) So there is this little switch on the headset that says "A-B", depending on the position it is on. What does that do? There was no manual coming with it and the online manuals said nothing about it.
2.) The switch for turning off your mic is very difficult to use. Is that normal?
3.) Which sound card would surpass my on-board chip...
