I have the ASTRO Gaming A40 TR Headset + MixAmp Pro TR for PS4. Recently the mic has stopped working.
When I first got the headset I connected to a Mac to update the firmware. After about 2 weeks of use the mic stopped working. Clicking the inline mute button does not seem to toggle active or mute.
When plugged into a PS4 - Nothing is registered across the mic under System/Devices/Audio Devices/Adjust Microphone level. I have tried repeatedly unplugging and plugging the wire...
