Ive had a pair of astro a50 gen1's since i played xbox 360 and i now have a ps4 and i've tried everything i've seen on here to try and fix it. All of my settings are correct. The mix amp is updated to v4193 but every time i try and update the headset to the newest one it always says something like "update failed to upload" but the things that it updates is for xbox one chat so i just gave up since i thought there was nothing in that update i needed anyways.
