Need some help with A40 TR

I unknowingly purchased the PS4 (Black) A40 TR with mixamp pro TR. I am on XBOXONE. I have heard that I can order an AG1 cable so that chat is compatible? Will the audio quality be any different given the version I purchased and will be using on Xbox instead?
