I purchased the white Astro a40 tr headset and white mixamp today for my Xbox One. The sound quality is great and all seems to be working ok, accept for the mic.
I checked what cables are supposed to come in the box and I do have all 4 correct cables.
I have connected the optical cable and the micro USB cable into the back of the mixamp, and I have also connected the headphone wire into the front port of the mixamp, the port which has a headphone image. The other end of the wire I have...
