Astro A50 Mike monitoring PS4 Turtle Beach elite 800

I'm about to jump ship from Turtle Beach to Astro A50 wireless. The main reason is there has been no response or feedback from their website for over a month The Elite 800 do not have a usable mike monitoring function, plus the touch side control pads are far to sensitive!! If you take them off you will accidentally change the set up if you move back on your high back chair and turn your head you will accidentally change the settings.

I need to know if the Mike Monitoring function is...
