A50 USB Tx Help

I purchased the USB Tx to pair my A50 headsets with my PC. Everything seems to be working ok besides the MixAmp on the side of my A50's. I know I ran into this problem initially with my PS4 with the initial setup when I first bought my A50s, but was able to figure out the issue. Anyone information on how to fix this, would be greatly appreciated.

I am using Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit.
