Cant download the firmware update v5037 for my astro a50 gen 1s as it always says no device connected. The mic can sync and connect to the mixamp and output or input sound. I have been trying all yesterday and today and cant find the solution. The orange light also isnt showing up when i charge but its not the wires as i have 3 different usb to micro usb, all of which work to update my mixamp, but no combination works for the headset.
