New Astro A50 Battery Draining even when its off

Hello,

I noticed that the battery of my 1 week old astro a50 gen 3 drains even when the headset is off.
Last night for example the headset had 71 % battery after my sleep(10 hours later) it only had 59 % battery left.

Does anyone else has this problem and is there a solution?

Is it a software or a hardware problem?
I am able to give my headset back to the retail until Thursday. Should I do this or is there a solution coming?
