Astro Command Center not opening

I can't get the command center to open, it seems like the process just kills itself after it boots up; I watched it in the Task Manager.
I tried to repair my install and that didn't help, I tried a clean install and nothing. I tried starting it with admin permissions but still the same result. I've even tried it with my firewall turned off, thinking that maybe that might be killing the process while it is starting.

I'm using Windows 10 64bit with a Mixamp TR.
