A50 Gen 2 Mic Issue

I've been using these headsets for about over a year now. I'm using the TX USB since my mixamp that came with my headset broke (the Micro-USB port came off somehow, right when my warranty expired). Anyway so the Mic problem I have is, I always use my A50s on my PC and my mic is always at 100% even if I try lowering the mic volume on Skype and the Windows audio properties.
