Contacted Customer support on sunday about a problem with my A50. I got a reply yesterday to try different methods to see if it would get fixed. I tried them all right away and nothing worked so I replied back saying that nothing worked. Ok so i just got a reply back today and its the same thing as yesterday. Copy and pasted from word to word. Now im getting a bit pissed off because obviously this "James" guy never read my reply. My case# 162809. Can somebody please help me.
