Mixamp 2011 Uncharted 4

So here`s the thing, I am using my HyperX Cloud headset (2 channel stereo headset), it's connected to my Astro mixamp (2011 version) and the mixamp goes to the PS4 console via optical cable + mini usb cable.
5.1 Virtual surround enabled. All PS4 settings set like Astro said in their tutorial.

In Uncharted 4 audio output settings, the default (automatic) settings I get with my setup are these :
Device : Auto (Home Theater)
Channels : Auto (5.1ch)

Are these settings correct or I should...

More Color Choices For A40 TR & A50 Gen 3.

Can you guys provide more color options for your A40 TR and A50 Gen 3 Headsets please? As of right now, there's really not that much color options to choose from. With the A40 TR we can only choose from Black and Brown (I don't necessarily like added brown color), or a plain White color. Then with the A50 Gen 3, we can only choose from Black and Blue for PS4 or Black and Green for XB1.


You can see that we don't have that many choices in terms color options between the two brands of headsets....

I have a working cable but its only 3ft I think I can barely move away from my desk. Could someone point me in the right direction to buy a longer cord?

I don't need the mute button or anything on the cord I just want something 6-10ft long I can plug in to my mix amp.

I find when listening to music in the background (while doing homework on paper etc) the headphones will restart occasionally, it seems to be random in timing? but usually just when the PC hasn't been actively used for a couple minutes (hasn't fallen asleep yet) any fix for this? already tried hard resetting and re syncing the headset, which seemed to work the first couple of times but no longer works afaik.

That answer i could not find anywere on the web....
Can i use a standard 1000 mA 5V cel phone wall charger on the astro A50 gen 3 base station??
I think the mic wont work, but for charging the headset through the base station??

Or the base station wont work at all??

Hi guys my wife and I both have a pair of Astro A50 headphones, and we have a weird issue. If she turns her headphones off and back on she always has her headphones automatically pair to my base so she can hear my gaming audio.... I have to turn off my headphones and base station so she can pair her headphones to her base station again and then turn mine on again.

If she walks out the room with her headphones on her head then goes out of range from her base station when she comes back in the...

I cant have 2x Astro A50's in the same room

I just bought a brand new pair of A50's for my xbox, updated them, updated my controller, all the basics. On the right earphone i should be able to change the voice and game volumes but it does not do anything. Any help? wtf am I doing wrong because its annoying tf out of me

Hey there,

I was wondering if anyone is experiencing zero in game mic while playing the recently released backwards compatible version of this game? Mic is fine with other games and through Xbox One. However there is no mic to be had within Black Ops 2. I have reset my base and am running the latest firmware. I am assuming it has to do with it being an older gen game but I would like to confirm with other players are having the same issue and if per chance there is a fix?

MixAm Pro TR not working with new released game Tekken 7 on PS4

As title.
When I launch the game, all the sound from PS4 will be muted.
Not only Tekken 7, once I launch Tekken 7, all the sound from PS4 has gone, but the sound is fine before I launch the Tekken 7 application.
The only way to fix it is to set the sound output device away from MixAm Pro TR, that's why I feel it's the problem between Tekken 7 and MixAm Pro TR.
Any suggestion?
