Astro A50 gen3 help

I have a pair of Astro a50 and have been using them with a PS4 and they are great. Now I just purchased a Pc and I am looking to have the A50's connected to both the PS4 and Pc at the same time with the mic working for both. Is that possible? I've looked around for a USB switch but there are none that power the USB and split it 2 ways. Is there any USB switch like that out there or is there any way to do this connection usin the Pc?

I have a pair of Astro a50 and have been using them with a PS4 and they are great. Battery drain is the reason for my post.

Don't get me wrong, I am now enjoying my A50 (even bought a second Base Station for my Xbox One S). However, battery drains for two reasons (in both cases the battery has been fully charged, and the power switch is set to off) ...

1: The headset is left lying on its side.

2: The headset is left on the Base Station, with the pins still connected.

Please don't insult my intelligence with the "hold the Dolby & Game buttons for x seconds" palava. This...

Hi is there a way i can get the mic on my a50 to work wirelessly from my laptop while still getting game sound at the same time from my ps4?

At the moment i got my headset set up with my ps4 and use a chat cable plugged directly into the headset and laptop. This lets me get game sound from my ps4 and at the same time it lets me voip on the laptop with programs such as skype, teamspeak, discord and etc. I want to know if there is a way to get rid of the chat cable and make make it fully...

Hey guys, I'm interested in buying a pair of Astro A40 TR's with the mix amp pro tr, I'm just wondering though, will I be able to plug in an external mic such as a blue yeti into the auxiliary socket on the mix amp pro tr to use that instead of the mic on the headset itself for activities such as recording and game chat? Thanks guys I'll be using this for mainly PC aswell by the way. And keep in mind that the blue yeti gets it power from USB.

By far the largest waste of money I have spent to date. I will never buy another Astro nor suggest them. Not 1 product. Have had these A50 and since day 1 have had constant crackle, despite changing channels for FUCKING EVERYTHING in my house. Have had constant issues with mic dropping from OW, Discord among few despite following all guides, updating drivers, changing USB ports, praising the fucking sun and sacrificing small animals. My gen 3 wireless will at random times disconnect from the base station. Base station itself doesn't lose power as the lightning bolt still stays on. Audio will cut out and chat will cut out also. It seems to happen at random intervals. It happened twice within 5 minutes of eachother, while other times it will take about 2-4 hours to happen. I have tried the following:

- Factory default the headset multiple times
- Disabled 2.4gz and 5ghz wireless radio from my wifi router

I submitted a ticket to the support but seemed to get an automated response about checking if I had the device plugged in correctly despite detailing the fact I'd tried multiple cables & multiple devices connecting the headset to in my original question. Also was asked to send a picture of a Micro B USB connection for some reason as well.

Anyway I thought I'd post here to see if anyone had similar problems & any solutions as I'm finding the official support quite lackluster. This happened...

So I just moved after having lots of problems with the A50 gen 3 disconnected very frequently. We had 3 Wifi networks running on 5Mhz frequencies so I figured that was what was causing the DC's. Now however, only the game channel will freeze. Disabling and re-enabling it in Playback Devices fixes the problem, but I can sometimes hear some things get pushed through right at the very end, like as I re-enable it I will hear the Discord join or leave sound if it had happened while it was DC'ed.
