This is probably a weird one, but I noticed the left ear was muffled and didn't sound right unless I pressed on the ring connecting the overhead piece to the ear cup. I opened the ear cup and I didn't see any broken wires. As soon as I press the right spot on the ring, I hear a small pop and they begin to sound normal until I stop pressing.

New Astro A50 Battery Draining even when its off
Hello,
I noticed that the battery of my 1 week old astro a50 gen 3 drains even when the headset is off.
Last night for example the headset had 71 % battery after my sleep(10 hours later) it only had 59 % battery left.
Does anyone else has this problem and is there a solution?
Is it a software or a hardware problem?
I am able to give my headset back to the retail until Thursday. Should I do this or is there a solution coming?

I have the Gen 3 A50s (PS4 headset colour) and I need to keep them safely stood upright when not in use. This is to try to address the battery drain issue.

I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem. In the mic output setting it's fine when it's fliped up and muted, but when it's down ready to use there is a unbearable distorted static scream rendering the mic useless. I've done a hard reset. I was wondering if anyone is experiencing zero in game mic while playing the recently released backwards compatible version of this game? Mic is fine with other games and through Xbox One. However there is no mic to be had within Black Ops 2. I have reset my base and am running the latest firmware. I am assuming it has to do with it being an older gen game but I would like to confirm with other players are having the same issue and if per chance there is a fix?

A50 Gen 3 Robotic Voice
Hey guys since I haven't really seen anyone bring it up I was wondering if a fix had been found for the robotic voice yet. I set my 5ghz router to 40 and moved my base station so there is a clear line of sight to my headset. About an hour and half in people will tell me I sound robotic and I have to turn my headset on and off again to fix it. Curious if there was a fix or if I am just going to have to power cycle every time this happens.

Astro A50 gen 3 will die even though not in use
I have the gen 3 astro a50 for playstation and PC l, but I have a problem. The battery keeps draining even when not in use. I will fully charged my headset say the night before, sometimes I don't play for a couple of days, when I finally do decide to play, I turn it on and the battery is completely DEAD. Anybody else experiencing this problem?
