Astro Mix TR with Dolby Atmos xbox one

I have the astro mixamp tr for x1.. I turned on Dolby Atmos headphone through optical and it comes through mixamp. It tells you to turn off any settings on any external units as I did. My question is when you turn off dolby on the mixamp tr does the signal really come through uninterupted? The reason I ask is because with Dolby Atmos headphone on the right and left speaker are completely seperate as in if a plane flys by on the right side you do not hear that plane at all in your left ear....

Possible to turn off Mic noise cancellation??

I have the new Astro A40 TR & Mixamp and ever since purchasing it I have had an issue with the mic. Basically it cut's out a lot, in party chat, across my stream.. everybody notices it! I have to talk extremely loud down my mic for it not to cut out! I have to speak so loud that I can no longer stream at night due to waking everybody in my house up, never mind the neighbours!
I'm not technically gifted, and wouldn't know the first...

Possible to turn off Mic noise cancellation??

I am pulling my hair out trying to figure this out. I'm about ready to give up altogether. I thought buying a pair of $250 headphones would do the trick, but it seems no amount of money in the world can deliver a quality stream for the small streamers like me.

My setup:
Mac - new maxed touch bar, 15" 8gb ram, 4gb graphics, quad i7
PS4
Avermedia Live Gamer Portable 2
Astro A40 with Mixamp TR
OBS
Streaming to YouTube (tried Twitch and got the same results)

My voice is either tinny, or echoey,...

Astro A50 Mic Echo issue?

Hello, I just bought this headset to mainly use on my PC and PS4, I connected everything and installed the Command Center, but for some reason I hear myself on the mic, I don't want it like this...really annoying.

When i turn up the mic, the echo goes away, but when I turn on the mic it comes back on.
What's going on?please help me out, thanks.

Order problem

I've placed an order recently on astrogaming.com which was confirmed at first, money were charged and I received a successful order screen. And after that I received email saying that the order failed and I should contact my bank. I did that and they told me everything is fine on their side.

And now I can't find any trace of my order on astrogaming.com, even by the order number, no history, nothing. Everything just disappeared together with the money from my account!

And the Contact Us form...

Fully charged these A50s about 4 days ago.

Only gamed for about an hour, a couple of evenings ago.

Just turned them on to do a bit of gaming, and the battery indicator was blinking red = low battery.

Lasted about 5 minutes, then shut down!!

HOW IS YOUR "FLAGSHIP" £280 HEADSET LOSING CHARGE LIKE THIS?!

I swear I am close to returning them to the store, and demanding a refund. I will also return the second Base Station to Astro for a refund, too.

I am NOT PREPARED TO SEND THEM TO YOU....

This is taking THE PISS!!

Hello,

I've had my A40TR's for almost a month now and I've ignored the fact that when I scroll all the way to voice I can hear the game audio as well as people talking. When I scroll it all the way to game I hear nothing at all and no sound or people talking.

On my old mixamp it wasn't like that. I've check out the youtube videos to make sure I connected correctly to the ps4 and have the latest firmware etc.

Do I take it back?

having issues with game chat in destiny only. other games are fine

mic icon in game shows as not working, others cant hear you. currently no fix at the moment

i bought a A50 Gen 2 just the headset on ebay for $35 for a temp fix when game chat is necessary.

After spending time with lots of great headsets/headphones I found myself rather disappointed in the A40. So I decided to try almost all the presets listed on this forum in hopes that someone with more knowledge then me can come up with the best sliders overall to make the A40 headset compete with higher end cans such as the Phillips X2 or Sennheiser 598.. I still found myself disappointed with the A40 as a whole.. The A40 is highly regarded in the audiophile community as the beats of gaming...

A50 Gen 3 audio dropouts ...

I am now on my 3rd set of Gen 3 A50s.

The first two had bad reverb. This latest set has much better, rounded sound.

However, I'm now experiencing audio dropouts (the battery bars & Dolby light blink off then on, on the Base Station). Also, a tiny bit of interference (experienced a crackle, a couple of times). The returned headsets never cut out. Not once.

My Sky router is 2.4ghz. I also scanned the routers in my vicinity and NONE of them operate on the 5ghz frequency. This gives me cause for...

Astro A50s gen3 won't turn on help

I've had my A50s for a couple of months all of a sudden they stopped working. The headset itself won't turn on, no sound comes out of it and the led doesn't light up. It charges on the base when connected and my Xbox recognizes the headset when my console comes on so the connection wires aren't the problem. When the base is switched on Xbox mode the lighting led turns red and when switched on pc mode the lighting led turns white I don't know what that means and if that could be the problem. I...
